We made an appointment for a recall notice. Everything was explained to me very well. The time estimated for the work was very accurate. While they were working on our car they noticed that we had a significant chip in our windshield (actually two chips). They checked on our insurance and we had a high deductible so they just fixed the two chips and did not charge us. Then to ice the cake, they washed our car. Everyone we worked with were very polite, nice, and professional. I will definitely go back any time I need service. I am very pleased with Ken Garff Honda Riverdale.

We had a fantastic experience with Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and they made it happen quickly for a great price! Marlin aka The Big Fish, is one of the few good sales men I’ve experienced. He didn’t push me into a brand new car. He listened to what I had to say and he respected every word and took absolute curiosity of the fact that in the near future if I do decide to buy a new vehicle he would take care of me and guide me through out the process. Thank you Marlin, you have a great personality. Don’t ever change.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and not knowing that my last oil change with the advantage care had expired from when we bought our van. The guy I was speaking with said that they will still honor it for me. I also had a pretty good size rock chip that is spreading on my windshield. I guess my insurance will not cover the expense so they are doing the rock chip repair at no cost to me. We bought our van in May 2016 and have loved the van along with the service we receive there. When the occasion arises where we need to buy a new vehicle again we will be returning.
