Today was a 10/10 experience. We went to look for a new vehicle (first time since my college car buying a car). I was able to roam the lot and look on my own terms without feeling bombarded. After a terrible experience at another dealership in the area I called Austin at Ken Garff Riverdale and it was a night and day difference. He anticipated my arrival with the vehicle up front. Was at the door waiting for me and answered all of my questions! He was very knowledgeable and such a sweet guy! I have to say this was by far one of the easiest car purchases I have made. I found a 2025 Ford Bronco off cargurs. Did a little research, might have put in a bogus number, but a good email and Jacob was able to help me without the back and forth before I went into the dealership. We went in to look at a vehicle today with some unrealistic expectations around our budget. Despite not purchasing a vehicle, we appreciated Calvin and his commitment to helping us. Naturally, Calvin's manager was not so friendly when he found out we weren't going to purchase something, but we still appreciated Calvin helping us out. He was easy to work with and friendly.

Zach B. in the service department was a pleasure to work with. Despite my car having plenty of issues, he worked tirelessly to ensure every thing was addressed properly. He gave expert advice to me and helped answer all my questions (despite me being mechanically illiterate). No one wants to deal with car issues, but Zach made it as pleasant as possible.

Buying a vehicle from Ken Garff Riverdale was such a great experience. One of my biggest pet peeves is being pressured into doing sonething no matter what it is. Jacob was so easy to work with and pressure free. He was genuine and personable and did everything he could to make it happen. Everyone was very kind and efficient. It was my first time there and I had a great experience. They were explained what they were doing, where I needed to go to wait, came and got me, ect. I really was impressed with the waiting room equipped with soda and popcorn for people. I also really appreciated not being pushed into other manufacturer recommendations that I didn’t want at that time. They gave me a paper with the information with recommendations on it so I could look into them later. Overall very impressed and good experience.
Overall good experience. Alec was great and no pressure applied. We were obviously buying this car so no pressure was totally appropriate. We love our new Passport and couldn't be happier to own it. Just one thing though. In financing we were charged an extra $300 tacked on to the MSRP for door guards that are essentially factory. It wasn't a line item in the contract, just added to the price of the car. I had mentioned that I wasn't comfortable with it and I thought it was over with. Had oil change and tire rotation performed. Very satisfied with my experience.
This was the first oil change for our new 2025 Honda Pilot, so it was complimentary (first 4 are complimentary). They also rotate the tires and vacuum and of course check the filters. They recommended filter changes but did give me the opportunity to do it myself with aftermarket filters, which is always much less expensive.
Although Ivdid have to make an appointment, they were very quick and extremely professional. They even texted a video to me in the waiting area of their overall quick inspection with the vehicle in the lift.
