Had oil change and tire rotation performed. Very satisfied with my experience.
This was the first oil change for our new 2025 Honda Pilot, so it was complimentary (first 4 are complimentary). They also rotate the tires and vacuum and of course check the filters. They recommended filter changes but did give me the opportunity to do it myself with aftermarket filters, which is always much less expensive.
Although Ivdid have to make an appointment, they were very quick and extremely professional. They even texted a video to me in the waiting area of their overall quick inspection with the vehicle in the lift.
