Everything was great except that we had to put a $500 hold on a credit or debit card. At first, this was non refundable and we live in Boise. This was a big trip for us and we were very serious about the vehicle. It took a little bit of negotiating to have them agree to refund the money if we decided not to purchase but they did.

Brian and Tyler were so easy and great to work with. They did everything they could to make sure that we were taken care of and that our vehicle is safe for our family. I especially love that Tyler wanted to take a picture of us with our minivan and made me that much more excited! I never dreamed I would be a minivan mom but here I am. Tyler also came in early to meet with us at a time that worked with our schedule. Not many people will do that. My family has been buying cars from Brian for many years and I will never go elsewhere.

Butler was a joy to work with, for the 3 hours he was trapped with us, and had none of those skeevy vibes you get from many car salespeople. He, alone, would have made me leave a good review, even if we hadn't been able to find the perfect car (after lots and lots of searching and test drives). Despite the drive to Ogden from West Jordan, in rush hour traffic, with an accident along the way, it was still worth the drive to bring home such a magnificent car. ♡

UPDATED REVIEW: had a good experience, everything was super fast. I however am very upset that I purchased a 2021 Honda Sport and mentioned how certain features where missing and Dan King my salesperson never mentioned that for 1,000$ more the 2021 Honda Sport SE , had heated seats, leather seats, keyless entry, I had specifically complained about how difficult it was that the only access to the trunk is through the fob or a low button in the driver door. As a mother of two with one on the way, it's very difficult to have to carry everything and pull out the keys. Had I had known that the SE was even an option I would've much rather have purchased that vehicle. I feel like a good salesperson should have knowledge and make appropriate recommendations. Today is day 14 of me having the vehicle and I haven't even received my tags for the vehicle. I am now being told there's nothing they can do for me unless I personally eat the difference due to depreciation, just to trade it in, for the Se , which is only 1,000$ more..... Had a super great experience with Dan and all of the staff. Jordan had helped me beforehand over text and was very nice and professional , even said hello when we were at the dealership. Dan was super knowledgeable & was definitely not a "pushy salesman ". He was great at accommodating our 5 year old and 2 year old. Very patient. The financing side of things was super fast and easy. Shockingly fast, && I would know because I work in finance. We got a great car, and the process was so smooth. Not to mention , the guy who prepped are car for us, Jaxon , did a spectacular job and deserves a raise . && Dan deserve his own office :)

We love Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale which is why we will only buy Honda's from your dealership. Recently we purchased another Honda this time my CR-V Turbo which I am loving every minute of it. Your sales staff Dan King took such great care of us and was so knowledgeable about all the different Honda's as well as what we were looking for. Both of our Honda's we traded in we both feel we were given a great trade-in value which made our decision easier. As far as your service department words won't express how Alex went above and beyond to get us our new Honda's with all the extra's I wanted. Kevin our service representative is also just on top of all of our concerns as well as making sure we have our appointments in a timely manner. He waited patiently while we looked it over, and added comments that demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the car and our financing options. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I was able to move funds into an account to pay for it (with cash), but I give Alex highest marks for salesmanship and connecting with his customer. I highly recommend Alex as a salesman and a great representative of the Garff dealership in Riverdale.

We went to Ken Garff Honda Riverdale to look at purchasing a new vehicle and were helped by Alex Arriola. He was great to work with. He was honest, personable, and took his time to explain everything. He never pressured us into anything and was transparent on what he and Ken Garff Honda Riverdale could do. This is the 3rd time I have bought a new vehicle. The other two times is was from other dealers and I hated all the games and tricks they played.
