Q: How do I purchase a vehicle from out of town?

Q: If I complete the car purchase over the phone, can I have the vehicle transported to me?
A: Yes! We will hand-deliver your new car to you if you live within a designated distance from our dealership. We also provide Nation Wide Shipping at an additional cost. However, most people like to see and touch the vehicle before they complete their transaction. We encourage our customers to do so to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase beforehand. If you're coming from out of state, we would be more than happy to pick you up from the airport, or even meet you within a reasonable distance for a test drive.
Q: Do I need to be pre-approved to purchase a vehicle from out of town?
A: Although we can complete the approval process, once you're at the dealership over the phone, we recommend you complete our online Finance Application beforehand to get the ball rolling. We will do what we can to ensure you get approved, but we would hate for you to travel from home just to be disqualified.
Q: What documents do I need to provide?
A: There are several documents we need from you to complete your purchase, including:
- Copy of Driver's License
- Insurance information
- Verification of employment and income (Pay Stub, W-2, etc.)
- Title on your current vehicle (if trading in).
- Your signature! If you'll be purchasing remotely, we can fax the contract to you to sign and return
Some purchases will require additional documents and information. We'll do our best to help you father the information you need, but we sure to ask and be prepared with whatever documents you may need (i.e. Military identification for Military Discount Program).
Q: How can I ensure the vehicle will still be there if I decide to come to the dealership?
A: We will take a deposit from you over the phone before you come to the dealership to hold the vehicle for you. If for any reason you wish to no longer purchase the vehicle once you arrive, we will refund you the whole amount of your deposit.
Q: What if the vehicle doesn't meet my expectations once I see/receive it?
A: We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of the vehicles we sell! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the vehicle, we will either help correct what it is you are dissatisfied about or help you find a better new Honda or pre-owned vehicle that suits your needs. There is no obligation to purchase the new Honda or pre-owned car after you have made a deposit or shown interest in the vehicle. Your complete satisfaction comes first!
Q: What if I have a trade?
A: If you'd like to trade in your current vehicle, you will first need to complete our online AutoTrader Trade-In Marketplace form here. We partner with AutoTrader.com for an evaluation on all trades. If your AutoTrader.com value is lower than you were anticipating, don't worry! Autotrader.com values vehicles based off of national market data. We value vehicles based off of our local market and can usually get your more for your trade than what AutoTrader.com quotes you.
